1. Be punctual as there is only a 10-minute grace period; otherwise, you will lose your right to fly.
2. Wear comfortable clothing; avoid high heels.
3. Manage your time well, as the entire activity will take approximately 6 to 7 hours.
4. Keep your valuables with you.
5. Do not bring large bags, backpacks, or suitcases.
6. The use of selfie sticks is prohibited during the flight.
7. Pregnant women, children under 4 years old, people with cardiovascular problems, those recently operated on, with spinal issues, or who have consumed alcoholic beverages within the last 12 hours are not allowed to board the balloon.
1. In case of flight cancellation by the company (due to heavy fog, prolonged rain, or winds over 20 km/h), there will be no refund, and the flight will be rescheduled. NOTE: If the purchased package includes transportation, it must be paid in full on the day of cancellation and again on the day of rescheduling.
2. Cancellations or rescheduling for reasons other than those mentioned above are not possible. In case of no-show, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
3. Rescheduling must be done at least one week before the scheduled date.
4. Flight time is approximate; if conditions do not allow, the company will leave it to the pilot’s discretion, and no refund will be given for shorter flights or for not flying over the archaeological site, as this depends entirely on weather conditions.
5. The company is not responsible for forgotten items.
6. If payment is made by card on the day of the flight, a 5% fee will be added to the amount to be paid.
7. Invoices can only be issued during the month in which the purchase was made and will include VAT.
8. Invoicing applies only to the regular price and does not apply to any promotions.
